NEW YORK – September 17, 2018ZenFi Networks and Cross River Fiber announce the close of their merger, creating an innovative, locally-owned and operated communications infrastructure company serving

the New York and New Jersey metro region. The combined company, which will operate as ZenFi Networks, is committed to meeting the demand for next generation network access by building, owning, and maintaining a world-class fiber optic network, distributed colocation, and wireless siting solutions for enterprise, carrier and wireless operators.
